| 军校教育基本规律反映的是军校教育内部和外部基本的矛盾关系，反映了军校教育系统内部各个事物或现象间及教育系统与相邻系统之间本质联系及必然趋势，可分为内部规律和外部规律两部分；军校教育基本规律贯穿军校教育发生和发展过程始终，制约军校教育各要素、各层面、各环节，因而是军校教育最高层次的规律；军校教育基本规律是客观过程规律性在人们头脑中的反映，属于认识的成果，具有动态发展性，是一个与时俱进的概念；遵循军校教育基本规律需要从认识和实践两个方面着手，把握基本内涵，自高自觉性，防止盲目性。 |

| Abstract: |
| The basic law of military reflects basic contradictions between the internal and external parts of education of military academies. It reflects the essential connection of various things or phenomena within an educational system as well as the essential relationship between the military education system and the adjacent systems. It can be divided into two parts，i.e. the internal part and external part. It runs through the process of military education. It restricts all factors，all levels and all links；therefore，it is the highest level of law in military education. It is the reflection of objective process regularity in people’s mind. It is a result of people’s understanding，which is of dynamic development and a concept of keeping pace with times. In order to follow the basic law of military education we should start with two aspects of cognition and practice and we should grasp the basic connotation，improve consciousness and prevent blindness. |
