Abstract:A college located in a desert valley in north California，America，is named Deep Springs College. Its education endeavor is featured by “Involving”：students are involved in school governance，involved in seminar and interaction，and involved in“real labor”. Based on this“involved education”，the students construct their education，growth and development.“Involved Education”is beneficial for improving students’ activeness in learning，enhancing the ability of learning，and，therefore，improving learning outcomes. Being in the critical phase of higher education transformation，Deep Springs College’s“Involved Education”has significant enlightenment for the reform of talents cultivation model，and the reform of course and teaching method in colleges and Universities in China.
