Abstract:The basic law of military reflects basic contradictions between the internal and external parts of education of military academies. It reflects the essential connection of various things or phenomena within an educational system as well as the essential relationship between the military education system and the adjacent systems. It can be divided into two parts，i.e. the internal part and external part. It runs through the process of military education. It restricts all factors，all levels and all links；therefore，it is the highest level of law in military education. It is the reflection of objective process regularity in people’s mind. It is a result of people’s understanding，which is of dynamic development and a concept of keeping pace with times. In order to follow the basic law of military education we should start with two aspects of cognition and practice and we should grasp the basic connotation，improve consciousness and prevent blindness.
