以34份青稞品种(系)种子为材料,通过测定发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数等指标进行芽期的耐盐性鉴定,并应用主成分分析、隶属函数法等方法对青稞材料进行了多指标耐盐性综合评价。结果表明:耐盐性较强的材料是XQ0478、白玉青稞、XQ0792、XQ0198和N4-1等;耐盐性相对较弱的材料有矮黑六、矮六密、9718和9803-2。用综合指标值(D)进行聚类分析,可将34份青稞品种(系)聚为三类: A类的青稞材料有8份,其D>0.5,代表耐盐性较强的品种(系);B类的青稞材料有4份,其D<0.3,代表耐盐性较敏感的品种(系);C类的青稞材料有22份,其0.3≤D≤0.5,为中度耐盐性品种(系)。 |

Abstract: |
This study aims to evaluate salt tolerance of 34 hulless barley cultivars according to indexes of germination including germinative force, germination rate, germination index, germination vigor. Correlation analysis and principal component analysis indicated that cultivars of XQ0478, Baiyu
qingke, XQ0792, XQ0198, and N4-1had higher salt tolerance, while Aiheiliu, Aliumi, 9718 and 9803-2 showed lower tolerance. According to synthetic evaluation value (D), the 34 cultivars were clustered into three groups: Group A, D value>0.5,eight cultivars; Group B, D<0.3, four cultivars; and Group C, D value between 0.3 and 0.5, the remaining 22 cultivars with medium salt tolerance. |
